I really didn’t feel like doing 30DS today, but I pushed myself to do it. I’ll honestly say I didn’t put 100% percent effort in it. I feel guilty! XD LOL. Since I don’t trust the scale, I decided to measure myself and I lost about an inch in my waist and hips and remained the same all around. I’m actually been feeling good nowadays and realized weight loss is not about the number on the scale or the measurement on the tape, but the confidence and beauty you feel in yourself.

So I haven’t really accomplished my 21lbs by 21, but it’s okay. I’ve lost 15lbs so far from my starting weight. It has been difficult and it wasn’t easy! But I’m not going to stop now!!! I need to lose 20lbs more before I reach my ultimate goal weight! And what better motivation to lose that 20lbs is my summer vacation trip to Asia! Whoo! So here are my goals:
CW: 145lbs
GW1: 135lbs by 3/18/12
UGW: 125 by 5/20/12
I think as long as I maintain and don’t gain, I’ll be good! So I’m giving myself a lot of time for this. I want to do this the happy and healthy way. Let’s do this! :)
Ugh! I feel so frustrated today! Stress with school and other stuff got me eating a lot! Then I started feeling pathetic for myself because I don’t feel that much different after I lost 11 lbs. Plus I didn’t go to the gym today because I had no time. -____- I need to stop thinking about the scale. No more weighting-in until 2 weeks before my estimated GW day and the day I set for myself to achieve that GW. I need to put my stress into working out and not pigging out. No one said this was going to be easy…
